Reservations

Your lodge will be available from 3pm on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bookings

If the balance is under £120 then we require payment in full. If the balance is over this amount then we require a £120 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due a month before arrival. Full payment will need to be made if the holiday is within a month of booking. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.

Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties.

Number in Party

We allow a maximum of 6 people per lodge. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two lodges must be booked. Groups or large parties are only permitted with prior arrangement.

Balance

Full payment will need to be made if the holiday is within a month of booking. Failure to arrive will result in you being liable for payment of the full balance. No refund will be given against reduction of dates booked or early departure.

Dogs

We permit dogs on the Love2Stay Mid Wales site. The surrounding area at Love2Stay Mid Wales is fantastic for dogs, with many walks around the site and which take in dog-friendly pubs. We do, however, require dog owners to read the below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park:
We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the season.
Dogs stay at our discretion, with a maximum of 2 dogs, of any size, per lodge.
We do not accept any dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the park.
Dogs must only be exercised in the designated dog walking area. Please do not let your dog roam freely and do not exercise them anywhere other than the designated area.
You must clear up after your dog and use the dog bins provided. Please do not let your dogs foul by other customer’s lodges.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, so as not to disturb the peace for other customers.
Please be considerate and understand that, although you love your dog, not everybody on our park will and keep them under control at all times.

Weather

We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking or reduce your stay due to the weather.

Vehicles

Vehicles -vehicles must be parked on the lodge parking space and not left to block roads and passing points. Additional vehicles must be parked in the overspill areas.
Alteration to bookings
Once your booking has been confirmed, minor changes will not incur charge, however excessive amendments could incur a £5 administration charge. Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon arrival.

VAT

VAT is included at the current rate.

Requests

We will try to honour your request but we are unable to guarantee specific lodge allocation.

Amenities

Some amenities may be restricted according to demand at the beginning and end of the season.
The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules, may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The decision of Love2Stay Mid Wales on all the above will be final.
Glamping Lodges must be vacated by 10.00am unless you have permission to do so otherwise. A late stay change will be incurred if you stay later than the departure time. Please enquire at reception for availability and fees.
Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, especially when using the park’s facilities.
We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the park and keep noise levels down between 10.00pm and 8am. This also includes televisions and radios, which should be used considerately during the day, and should not be audible outside of your Glamping Lodge between the hours of 10.00pm and 8am.
Play Area – Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please refrain from allowing your children to use the play area after 10.00pm.
In the interest of safety, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be ridden on the park if used in a safe manner. Please do not ride bicycles around the busy areas of the Reception building.
BBQ’s – are permitted but MUST be placed on a stand.
Ball games – must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation, please use the large area at the rear of the children’s play area.
Speed Limit – is strictly 5mph for all vehicles, including bicycles.
Payment – of your fees constitutes accepting these conditions.
Love2Stay Mid Wales reserves the right to terminate the booking of anyone who fails to abide by the park rules. The Management’s decision will be final.
